"The development of Tripoli … Where to?" was the title of the second seminar, held on Saturday October 25th, in the headquarters of the Cultural League in Tripoli, with the participation of Dr. P. Salem, General Samir Shaarani, Mr. Rachid Jamali, Dr. Abdallah Khaled, and the economic expert, Dr. Kamal Hamdane. The various interventions tackled the issue vis-à-vis the human, social, educational, health, and infrastructure axis, in the present and the future, and underscored the importance of administrative decentralization, as well as the achievement of balanced development on the national level.
