Symposium on the importance of the disabled person's card in Berkayel/Akkar
On the Saturday April 17th, 2004, the Forum for Disabled persons in the North, under the sponsorship of His Excellency, Mr. Issam Fares, called for the participation in the Symposium on "the importance of the disabled person's card" held in Berkayel/Akkar, in application of the project entitled "rehabilitation of the disabled in their social milieu", which is held under the supervision of the association, in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Fares Foundation. On this occasion, Mr. Nabil Abed, President of the Forum, Dr. Paul Salem, Director General of Fares Foundation, and the representative of the Ministry of Social Affairs took the floor respectively.
