Facts and prospects of reconstruction in Akkar
On November 27th, 2004, the Commission of Engineers within Fares Foundation organized, under the sponsorship of H.E. Mr. Issam Fares, a workshop on the "Facts and prospects of reconstruction in Akkar". Among the participants to the workshop, Dr. Paul Salem, representing H.E. Mr. Issam Fares, the Governor of the North, Nassif Kallouch, the President of the Order of Engineers in the North, Fouad Daher, General Directors within the Central Administration, as well as several construction engineers and presidents of municipalities in Akkar.
