The Fares Foundation Alumni always aims, through it's activities,
to the development of cultural, scientific and social life by holding
cultural, intellectual, artistic, health, ecological conferences
and seminars as well as providing other services needed by Lebanese
regions and specially rural ones, under the patronage of Fares establishment
whose purpose is to participate in the construction of Lebanon through
many branching projects carried out in the Lebanese regions without
discrimination in accordance with the instructions of its founder
the Vice-Prime Minister Mr. Issam Fares who closely sticks to the
fact that all foundation activities must contribute to the building
of a high standard civilization society and a stable home and securing
to all its citizens.
The goals of Fares Foundation Alumni are summarized as follows:

Establishing close cooperation and spreading the spirit
of friendship between university students and graduates who
benefited from scholarships from Fares Foundation with working
to improve their condition.

Working to serve educational, social, cultural
and sports matters by undertaking activities on all levels to
develop conscience and understanding towards questions that
must be faced and in order to improve life conditions in order
to reach the best level of dealing among people. |
The foundation doesn't aim to any material benefit or undertake
any political or religious activity; it complies with laws and regulations
issued by the Ministry of Interior pertaining to associations.
Date of formation of Fares Foundation Alumni
The Fares Foundation Alumni was formed by virtue of Notice of Acknowledgement
no: 343/AD on October 31st, 1992 pursuant to decree no: 2900, pursuant
to the associations law promulgated on August 3rd, 1909 mainly its
article 6 and pursuant to the request of Fares Foundation Alumni
Establishers in Haret Sakher - Jounieh highway - Fares Foundation
center - District of Kesrwan, registered at the department of Political
and Administrative Affairs under no:1233 on March 11, 1993.
The General Assembly
The general assembly of Fares Foundation Alumni includes all
members affiliated to the Foundation.
The Administrative Board
The administrative board includes five members elected by the
general assembly by secret vote, its term of office is two years
and its duties are distributed as follows:
- President
- Vice-President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Public Relations Secretary.
Election of the Administrative Board
1- The candidacy application is submitted to the secretariat
of administrative board fifteen days before the date of election
The candidate to the administrative board should comply with te
following conditions:

Be Lebanese since more than ten years. |

Be a member satisfying required membership
conditions. |

C- |
Be member of the foundation since
more than two years. |
| |
D- |
Submit his candidacy before the Foundation
secretariat fifteen days before elections date. |

E- |
Not be condemned by virtue of a disciplinary
decision. |
2- The Candidate to the presidency of administrative board
should:
- Comply with A B C D E conditions of previous paragraph.
Affiliation to the Foundation
The affiliated must satisfy the following conditions.

Be one of university students and graduates who have benefited
from Fares Foundation scholarships. |
| |
2- |
Enjoy of civil rights and not convicted for a crime or defamatory
delict. |
| |
3- |
Comply with the foundation regulations and its decisions working
to achieve its objectives. |
| |
4- |
Not to be less than twenty years of age. |
| |
